Clearing the Solar Plexus Chakra

The solar plexus chakra is located in the upper abdomen, below the rib cage. This chakra is represented by the color yellow. If you have been feeling powerless, lacking in self-confidence, dealing with shame, vulnerability, frustration and insecurity, you are being called to clear your solar plexus chakra.

When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, it will bring forth self-esteem, determination, personal power, and motivation.

Solar Plexus Chakra Affirmation

Let’s start by affirming that your past and what you are going through does not define your identity.

Your individual self, your soul, your presence, has a higher purpose, regardless of your job, how much you earn, or how important (or seemingly unimportant) your earthly role is.

Your presence makes a difference, whether you know it or not.

Wherever you are at this point in time, is where you are supposed to be.

Whoever you have become at this point in time, is enough.

Unblocking the Solar Plexus Chakra with Tiger Eye

Gaze into the chatoyance of your tiger eye piece.

Enable this reflection of light to empower you.

Imagine this yellow light spinning in your midst, to activate your solar plexus.
