Throat Chakra Clearing

In this exercise, we will be moving up from the middle of the chest to the energy center of the neck area, also known as the throat chakra. Having difficulty in expressing our feelings, ideas and thoughts, as well as listening to others, are the signs of a blocked throat chakra. If this is you, you are being called to work on clearing these blockages. Balancing the throat chakra will bring forth decisiveness, trust and open communication.

Throat Chakra Affirmation

I want to start by affirming you that your inner voice is within you.

Your inner voice is present and did not go away.

You are capable of allowing your inner voice to flow without fear of judgement from yourself of others.

Your personal message to the world is clear and confident.

You are capable of living in your most authentic and honest self.

Throat Chakra Meditation with Celestite

For this intention setting and meditation exercise I am using a celestite cluster. Other crystals that can clear your throat chakra include lapis lazuli, aquamarine, blue lace agate, celestite, blue chalcedony, sodalite and turquoise.

Imagine an blue spinning light in the area of your throat, with the aid of your crystal, to activate your throat chakra.
